Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchanges and Returns

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:
  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Item(s) must be unworn or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached
  • Gift cards, sale and clearance items are not eligible for a refund or exchange

If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above. You are responsible for the costs associated with returning the item to us. Meaning you will need to cover the courier fees back to our head office in Cape Town. Refunds take 1- 10 working days to process. EFT and credit card refunds will take 2-10 working days to reflect in your account due to the reflection delay between banks.

If you wish to return or exchange in store you must first contact to get approval. Items that were discounted online are not valid for discount in stores. You will only receive the amount paid online as a refund and not the full price if the item was discounted. Delivery fees will not be refunded.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation, as well as any instructions you may need. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once proof of payment has been received, the collection will be booked for the product(s) you wish to exchange. When Superfine receives your product(s), provided that it is in its original condition and packaging, we will deliver the product(s) you have exchanged them for.

Please note that shipping fees are not refundable. 
Items sent in anything other than the original packaging will not be accepted. 

Manufacturing Defects

If an item is faulty due to manufacturing defects then we will meet our legal obligation, which may include refunding the purchase price, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within 1 year of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
