Free Shipping

 We offer free standard shipping on all orders over R850 within South Africa.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard orders: 1–7 business days after dispatch
• Optical orders: 5–7 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Our Courier Partner 

All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Order Processing 

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates 

Standard shipping rates apply to orders under R850. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Address 

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Superfine cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
